Locking Assets for Rebalancing

I would like to lock assets before making any new changes to ensure I do not edit those assets.

When performing a manual rebalance in Fabric, there are certain positions I would like to ensure stay as is in the portfolio for various reasons. Including a note on the lock would be helpful when coming back to rebalance the portfolio again and understanding why I cannot make changes with that asset.
