User Notes

I would like to be able to write notes and share them in the application. In the portfolio design tab, adding a note next to the model or in proposals so I have more context into the decisions I was making.

A benefit to working in excel is the ability to add notes to remind myself or my team later on why a decision was made or if there are any questions to note.
