'Snoozing' Monitors

Snooze for when Advisor is ok with being out of compliance; how does this boomerang back in front of the Advisor when something changes; note required on snooze

For example, The Smith Family is outside of their IPS bounds however I have a good reason and would like to come back to the monitor in 3 months.
