Which models are the Cresset NIT?

Models created by Cresset's NIT are now clearer than ever. Easily identify and search for NIT models by entering 'Cresset NIT' in the search bar on the portfolio design page. 

This was updated as recently it was unclear which models were created by the NIT.

Please Note: Fabric recommends naming your custom models distinguishable names like 'Growth created by 'Your Name''! for clarity as your advisor team now has access to the models you create.

How can I use placeholder assets?

The constituents of the aspirational model are all placeholder assets, as seen below. Using placeholder assets in Fabric is a valuable tool to gauge the risk associated with specific categories like Thematic Investments, Private Equity or Private Real Estate.

You can also use placeholder assets in custom models when creating custom models, targets or proposals giving you greater flexibility in tailoring your strategies. 

SEARCH 

Want an easy way to identify which assets are private or public within your clients, models, targets or proposals?

The public versus Private Toggle on the risk report page allows you to quickly see which assets in models, targets or proposals are marketable. 

Group by public versus private assets on the risk report page or group by your default view then by 'Cresset Private vs. Public'. 

Also, view 'public versus private assets' on the attribution chart, allowing you to see where the risk and return of that portfolio is coming from.
