Can I create a proposed portfolio for households, portfolios and accounts? Can I set a target portfolio for households, portfolios and accounts?

  If you have household portfolios set up you can add targets and proposals to the household. 

   

  If you do not have household portfolios set up you can only create targets and proposals for the underlying portfolios and accounts.
